The center of the quilt was a kit that I purchased from Starr Design Fabrics at the Houston Quilt Festival back in 2004. Starr Designs doesn't offer this kit anymore, but check out their website for lots of other beautiful things. Once I finished the center of the quilt, I went back and ordered some additional fabric to super size the borders.
